Happy St. Patrick’s Day to everyone. A special greeting to all students and families who have Irish Heritage.  St. Patrick’s Day is being celebrated on 17 March, which is during the March Break. We, however, want to celebrate this important day on 12 March to recognize the Irish culture which is part of the fabric of Canada, and our community. This day is celebrated by wearing green and remembering St. Patrick, who got rid of those nasty snakes from Ireland. This unique Irish festival has become a world favourite and celebrated by many.  The Irish culture developed in a beautiful verdant island influenced by the Celtic styles.
