Today (Friday) our students (in grades P - 9) have the opportunity to experience the wonderful rhythms and traditions of West African music.   Goatworks African Drumming is spending the entire day here at Park West.  Our special guest is Amara Kante, a master drummer from African.  This morning students will be attending assemblies. This afternoon selected students (in grades 4 - 9) will be participating in hands-on workshops, where they'll learn to play many different African drums.
