Afternoon Families,
Late this morning, we discovered a bomb threat written on a bathroom wall. We immediately called police. We followed our threat-risk assessment procedures.
Police have assured us that the threat is unfounded. Our school routines have continued as usual.
All potential threats are taken seriously and assessed and investigated in partnership with police. Safety of students and staff is our top priority.
Those who endanger the well-being of others, damage property or significantly disrupt the learning environment will receive immediate and appropriate consequences for their actions in accordance with the Provincial School Code of Conduct Policy.
