Good morning, Park West families,
Due to the incoming storm, there will be an early dismissal today at 11:15 a.m. All students will be dismissed at that time.
Please carefully review the information below to help us ensure a safe and smooth dismissal:
Primary–Grade 6
Classroom teachers will be sending an email this morning requesting your child’s dismissal plan for today. Please reply directly to your child’s teacher indicating:
- If you (or another adult) will be picking them up
- If an older sibling at the school will be picking them up
- Any other specific dismissal arrangements for today
Please do not call the school, as phone lines will be busy coordinating dismissal and ensuring all students are accounted for.
Grades 7–9
We will follow the dismissal plan already on file for your child.
Phone calls will only be made for students who do not have a dismissal plan in place.

Pick-Up Information
If you are picking up your child, dismissal will take place at 11:15 a.m. through the regular dismissal doors.
