Morning Families,
We are very excited to welcome you to the first of our holiday concerts this afternoon.
Here are a few reminders ahead of go time:
1. We do not have extra parking on school grounds. Families who are driving must part on side streets, keeping in mind to not block driveways.
2. Doors open for families to enter at 12:45.
3. There are no tickets for entry, donations will be accepted upon entry which will help to support families in need from our school community.
4. Concert start time today is 1:00, to align with dismissal.
5. The concert will last about 1 hour: Guests are asked to stay to the end of the concert out of respect for the performers and so as to not disrupt performances and to ensure all students have a full audience when performing - they are very excited!
6. Students will not be dismissed early. The concert will end close to dismissal time and will be dismissed as usual at 2:25pm. Spectators must exit the building to wait for their children at dismissal following the concert; there is no access to classrooms.
