Concert Information – December 9 & 10, 2025
We are excited to invite you to our Park West School Holiday Concerts, taking place on December 9th and 10th, 2025. Concerts will begin at 1:10 p.m. on both days, and doors will open at 12:45 p.m.
Our band students have been working with Mr. Pasher to prepare a selection of festive pieces, and our Primary–Grade 6 students have been practicing with Ms. MacIsaac and Mr. Pasher to share a few seasonal songs. We look forward to celebrating the season with you and showcasing the hard work of our students.
There are no tickets required for entry. However, we will be collecting monetary donations at the door, with all proceeds going toward supporting families in our community who may need a little extra help at this time of year.

Families are invited to attend only on the afternoon your child is performing, as seating is limited.
Important Information for a Smooth Event
- No siblings from other classes will be called down to watch the concert due to seating capacity.
- We ask that all guests remain for the entire performance. Students and teachers have worked very hard, and leaving immediately after your child’s portion is disruptive and disrespectful to the other performers. The concert will take about an hour.
- Seating is limited, and we must abide by fire marshal regulations.
- As the concerts end close to dismissal time, and due to the large number of students involved, we will not be dismissing students to families from the office after the concert. Students will be dismissed as usual at the end of the day. Families may wait outside for regular dismissal.
- If you choose to take photos or videos, please remember that you do not have consent to post images or recordings of children other than your own on social media.
